So it looks like Tapas is closing down, though no one has provided a date yet. I'm having flashbacks to when Inkblazers went down somewhere about ten years ago. That was pretty rough; moving Spidersilk off of Inkblazers was daunting for a few reasons, one of which was that I was actually making money there! But Tapas was very welcoming to us Inkblazers peeps swarming the site, and even made an entire collection for us so people could find us easier after. I don't really fault other workers at Tapas. It's not like closing up shop is their decision! But I am still salty about these very high-up decisions. And yes, having my own site is good, and I'm going to endeavor to make this a more active hub.

You can also follow me on Patreon as a member, free or paid, and get updates on projects and whatnot, but this shall be basically Spidersilk's home. I loved the level of engagement Spidersilk had on Tapas, all the years upon years of comments and community! I will miss that when the site goes. And for those of you reading here and leaving comments, I have always appreciated that! If you're new to the site, welcome.

I hope you enjoy reading!
