Baptista had finally had enough with Fairfax in that chapter! As a side note, I really enjoyed writing both Severn and Baptista more to flesh them out a bit! Also, to write Orestes in jerk mode. He might seem kind of ornery at the end there, but Orestes is only frank when his guard has dropped, so it was fun to see that again with characters that aren't Prentice.
